I never thought that when I decided to take "ME TIME" for exercise that it would be at 6:00AM. I am NOT a morning person, but I have committed to myself that I will wake up early and do the 30 Day Shred for 30 days. I had my husband take my measurements last night and I'm pretty sure my disgust with that will be enough motivation to get me out of bed in the morning. So, day 1 complete. I also did my beloved cycling! It was a good day fitness-wise. :)
