So sore....

OUCH! I have added weight lifting to my work outs and it HURTS! But, I know it will be worth it! I got screwed up in my training schedule due to a mini vacation at the beginning of the week, so now I don't know how to finish out my week. But, I will figure it out and I WILL stick to my schedule from here on out! Tomorrow I am doing pilates and I really hope it doesn't make me too sore for my long run on Saturday, but I know my core needs work. So, I guess I just need to get used to this soreness because it's not going anywhere any time soon! :) It's a good hurt!
